Neptune starts waterfront apartments scheme

LIVERPOOL developer Neptune Investments has started work on three apartment blocks next to the Baltic Fleet pub on the waterfront after lining up funding from HSBC.

Neptune said it had pulled together a finance worth £24m which comprises of a loan from HSBC and its own resources.

It is planning 324 apartments across three buildings of 13, 10 and eight storeys. The scheme will also have 7,500 sq ft of commercial units and a 360-space car park.
