Property investment and development company Glenbrook has signed up Baby E Coffee & Deli to No 1 Temple Square in Liverpool city centre. The Australian-inspired speciality coffee offering has taken the lower ground suite, offering 1,592 sq ft leisure space on a 10-year lease.
