Second phase of Warrington housing development set for sale

Examples of Redrow's Heritage Collection

Homebuilder Redrow will launch the second phase of its Taylor’s Chase development in Warrington on September 22.

Featuring a collection of larger, executive homes, The Oaks will offer a new choice for home buyers at Taylor’s Chase, where Redrow previously launched The Brook, in June.

Redrow is building more than 150 new homes in total off Sophia Drive, which are part of a larger development, Omega Warrington.

For buyers who want to be first in line for one of the three-, four- or five-bedroom homes at The Oaks, the launch event is an opportunity to reserve a property ‘off-plan’, and early in the build process, so they can have their pick of the positions available at the development.

The designs all hail from Redrow’s Arts & Crafts-inspired Heritage Collection which combines characterful exteriors with bright and modern interiors, boasting high ceilings and an excellent specification.

Lesley Myers, sales manager for Redrow Homes (Lancashire), said: “Ideal for families wanting to expand and move up the property ladder, or rightsizers looking for a home that’s traditional on the outside but contemporary inside, The Oaks will offer an excellent choice, with prices from £350,000.

“The range includes a selection of our Lifestyle Homes, which have evolved the layouts of some of our most popular Heritage Collection designs to feature a smaller number of larger bedrooms, each with its own en-suite, and other luxurious features such as dressing areas to master bedrooms.”

Taylor’s Chase has been named after William Taylor, one of two men who surveyed the line of the nearby Sankey Canal in 1754.

A marketing suite is due to open at The Oaks in December, followed by fully-furnished show homes in Spring next year.

Redrow currently has a marketing suite at The Brook.
