Manchester office block sold for £20m
An office block in Manchester city centre has been sold for £20m.
The capital markets team at property firm JLL has sold The Observatory office building to Artmax Properties on behalf of the Universities Superannuation Scheme for over £20 million.
Located on Chapel Walks, the 55,138 sq ft building is let to eight firms including Nationwide, Aviva, and Capita Property and Infrastructure Ltd.
It also has two suites totaling 11,102 sq ft which are available to let.
