Approval for Cheshire industrial scheme that could create 720 jobs

Industrial developer and asset manager Chancerygate has been granted approval for a new industrial scheme, Novus, in Knutsford at the recent Cheshire East Strategic Planning Board meeting. Novus is an extension of the established Parkgate Industrial Estate and will comprise 284,000 sq ft in 16 units from 4,500-60,000 sq ft available on both a freehold and a leasehold basis.
