Developer plans 1,000 homes and new community in Salford Quays
Royalton Group has acquired a major waterfront development site at Salford Quays for its first scheme in Manchester.
The group, from Guildford, Surrey, is renowned for building high-end, luxurious properties and it plans a new waterfront residential district on the 8.3-acre site, known as Pier 7.
Acquired in partnership with Frogmore from TH Real Estate for an undisclosed sum, the site has an existing outline planning consent for around 800 units, granted in May 2016.
