There is no sign of the property boom in Manchester coming to an end any time soon with another 2,000 city centre flats set to be approved. A series of major schemes are set to go before planners this week including a new 51-storey skyscraper. Plans to redevelop the former Boddingtons Brewery Site in Strangeways are also due to be approved by councillors. Meanwhile, Gary Neville’s £200m St Michael’s scheme in the city centre has also been granted approval. Hundreds of new flats could be built on the former brewery...
