Manchester’s property boom showing no sign of slowing down any time soon
There is no sign of the property boom in Manchester coming to an end any time soon with another 2,000 city centre flats set to be approved.
A series of major schemes are set to go before planners this week including a new 51-storey skyscraper.
Plans to redevelop the former Boddingtons Brewery Site in Strangeways are also due to be approved by councillors.
Meanwhile, Gary Neville’s £200m St Michael’s scheme in the city centre has also been granted approval.
