Contemporary Chinese restaurant group, Tattu, has announced completion on two new sites in the cities of Birmingham and Edinburgh, marking the start of a significant period of growth for the independent company. Tattu is a young, family-owned business founded in 2015 by brothers Adam and Drew Jones. The company opened its first site in May 2015 in Manchester’s commercial Spinningfields district, welcoming an average of 2,500 covers per week to its 190-cover, two-floor restaurant and private dining room.
