Planning permission granted for £36m residential development

Elliot Group, the Liverpool-based developer, announced today that it has secured planning permission for The Address at One Wolstenholme Square. The £36m development is the next piece in the developer’s Wolstenholme Square jigsaw and will see an 11-storey luxury apartment block built on the former headquarters of social care charity PSS, which Elliot Group acquired in June 2017.
