Planning permission granted for £36m residential development
Elliot Group, the Liverpool-based developer, announced today that it has secured planning permission for The Address at One Wolstenholme Square.
The £36m development is the next piece in the developer’s Wolstenholme Square jigsaw and will see an 11-storey luxury apartment block built on the former headquarters of social care charity PSS, which Elliot Group acquired in June 2017.
The scheme will provide 151,620 sq ft of new space which will include 32 studios, 102 one-bed apartments and 66 two-bed homes. There will be two comm...
