BTP-designed housing scheme in Congleton given green light

A new housing development designed by BTP in a semi-rural area has been granted planning permission by Cheshire East Council. The architectural firm has designed 94 homes across two sites off Manchester Road and Biggs Way in Congleton, an area with high land values. BTP is working for Laurus Homes (part of Trafford Housing Trust) and Seddon Construction on the contract worth around £8m. Work is expected to start on site later this year.
