Plans submitted for second phase of Satellite Park scheme in Oldham
A planning application has been submitted for a new speculative industrial and leisure scheme at Chadderton in Oldham totalling 120,000 sq ft in size.
Industrial developer Chancerygate will be working with Royal London to bring forward the former BAE car park site at Greengate.
It will be the planned second phase of its successful Satellite Park scheme. Chancerygate is currently on site building a new 60,000 sq ft parcel distribution unit that has been pre-let to DPD on a 25-year lease.
