Outline planning permission has been granted for the transformation of an 18-acre brownfield site into a development of 160 homes, commercial space for light industrial use and a pub/restaurant in Northwich, Cheshire. Cheshire West and Chester Council has given the go ahead to the proposals for the mixed-use scheme on the Winnington Business Park site.
