Quartet of planning approvals for Liverpool architect
Liverpool City Council’s planning committee has given the go-ahead to four residential projects submitted by architects Falconer Chester Hall.
The practice brought forward schemes totalling 768 new residential units on behalf of separate clients.
At Brunswick Quay on the city’s waterfront, plans for a development up to 12-storeys to include 240 apartments plus 13,500 sq ft of commercial space across five units were approved for North West Industrial Estates.
