Plans tabled for £45m apartment tower at Salford Quays
A planning application has been submitted on behalf of Bolton developer Forshaw Land and Property Group for a £45m apartment tower in a rapidly-developing quarter of Salford Quays.
Lichfields has table the plan for the 34-storey landmark development at Clippers Quay which has been designed by architects SimpsonHaugh.
Nathan Matta, planning director at Lichfields, says the development has the potential to support around 400 temporary and full time jobs during and beyond the two-year construction period.
