A document which will guide the multi-million pound comprehensive redevelopment of the long-neglected but historic Church Wharf area of Bolton town centre will open for comments today (Monday, January 22). Plans to redevelop the area were hatched by Bolton Council more than a decade ago, but were shelved when the big recession hit.
