Go-ahead for £13m prestige development in Lancashire village
Ribble Valley Borough Council in Lancashire has given the green light for Chipping Homes’ £13m prestigious residential development.
It will form the second phase of SCP Investment’s Kirk Mill regeneration scheme in the Lancashire village if Chipping.
A joint venture between SCP Investments and Ascalon Properties, Chipping Homes has been established to initially deliver the 4.4-acre development at Church Raike.
