Redrow gets green light for 158 new homes at Omega
The go-ahead has been given for the building of a mix of 158 new homes on Omega South near Warrington.
Planning permission has been granted to Omega Warrington and Redrow Homes, while an application for a further 86 new Redrow homes on neighbouring land is still under consideration.
The Redrow scheme will become phase two of a residential development on Omega South that will, through multiple housebuilders, deliver up to 1,100 homes over the next 10 years.
