Generation submits plans for £6m residential scheme

Manchester-based developer Generation, has submitted a planning application for a £6m scheme of 27 new-build residential apartments in its home city. The blueprint has been tabled for the site at the former Bull’s Head on Chester Road which closed in the early 1990s and burnt down in 2012. In an off-market deal, Generation purchased the site earlier this year and is advanced in discussions on a number of other opportunities in the area yet to be announced.
