Developer starts on £30m housing schemes

Cheshire-based developer Mulbury has started work on four new housing schemes in the North West worth around £30m. The projects will see a total of 245 new homes built on sites in Southport, Salford, Warrington and Partington. The schemes will take the number of homes currently under construction by Mulbury to around 650. Mulbury also has a further 550 units in the pipeline for the next 12 months.
