New occupiers for former pharma facilities

Two new occupiers have taken space at the former Catalent Pharmaceutical facilities in Deeside. Biotechnology firm ADC has taken 70,248 sq ft of space by way of lease assignment at Unit 103 Deeside Industrial Estate while expanding ready meal company, KK Fine Foods has bought Unit 107, currently a 57,533 sq ft pharmaceutical testing facility following a simultaneous surrender of Catalent’s lease on the same building.
