Property firm boosts Manchester residential team with double hire
Cushman & Wakefield has expanded its Manchester residential team following a string of new instructions in and around the city.
Julian Cotton, associate, and Toby Brown, development sales manager, join from the firm’s London new homes department and will be responsible for growing Cushman & Wakefield’s regional residential presence, with a particular focus on new homes consultancy and sales.
