Green light for cottages and apartment building at Alderley Park
Character cottages and a new apartment building are to be built at the heart of the 400-acre Alderley Park estate in Cheshire.
The new homes are part of a “whole lifestyle” redevelopment of the historic quarter that will also see a farm shop, gastro pub and new leisure facilities.
The residential element is being delivered by Trafford Park-based PJ Livesey which has received planning consent for a contemporary glazed apartment building overlooking the Water Garden.
