£150m Salford homes development to start in early 2018
A £150m development of 525 homes on a prime site in Salford will start early in 2018.
Mount Property Group has announced it will break ground on the redevelopment of the site on Regent Road, one of the main gateways into Manchester city centre.
Regent Plaza has a target completion date of 2019 for phase one and 2020 for phase two. The scheme will consist of a mixture of one, two and three bedroomed apartments and 37 city town houses.
