Plans for a multi-million pound retail-led regeneration scheme in the heart of Oldham bringing 250 jobs have been approved by the town’s planning committee. The blueprint for the 90,000 sq ft scheme has been drawn up by Oldham Property – a joint venture between Oldham Borough Council and the Brookhouse Group.
