The transformation of a Grade II-listed Georgian house - once home to the Bishop of Chester - into an exclusive wedding and events venue has been given full planning approval.
Acting on behalf of Sanguine Hospitality, HOW Planning has secured permission for the conversion of The Old Palace on Little St John’s Street.
More recently, the building has been used as office space, but it is currently vacant.
