Tetrosyl appoints WHR to find tenants at HQ
Car products manufacturer Tetrosyl has appointed WHR Property Consultants as sole letting agents to market the surplus space of 20,595sq ft at its new headquarters office at Newgate House in Rochdale.
The quoting rent starts at £10 per sq ft per annum subject to specification.
WHR acquired the 50,000sq ft building on behalf of Tetrosyl in 2014.
