Work starts on 73-home PRS development
Construction has started on Sigma Capital’s latest PRS housing development in the North West – its 24th to date in the region.
Seventy-three homes will be delivered under the fund’s Simple Life brand on the former Our Lady’s Primary School site at Little Hulton in Salford.
The four-acre site was brought to market jointly by the Salford Diocese Trust and Salford City Council, which owned adjoining land.
