Pochin’s gets £6m DPD depot build contract
Cheshire-based property and construction specialist Pochin’s has been awarded a £6m by industrial developer Chancerygate to deliver a new distribution centre for renowned international parcel delivery company DPD.
Work on the 57,500sq ft project, on disused land off Greengate in Middleton, Greater Manchester, will start this month.
The project, secured on behalf of the Royal London Group by Chancerygate, will see Pochin’s develop DPD’s North West presence, adding to existing depots in Manchester, Liverpool and Warrington....
