Contractor bags £28.2m Northern Quarter development on former NCP car park site

Forrest has been named as the contractor that will deliver a £28.2m residential development in Manchester’s Northern Quarter. Known as CituNQ, Forrest has bee appointed on behalf of Tibst, a joint venture between Factory Estates and Salboy. Designed by architects IDP and project managed by Artal, the nine storey development will comprise 183 one and two bedroom apartments with luxury penthouses.
