Four-tower resi scheme gets green light in Liverpool

Plans for a 656-unit residential scheme on the edge of Liverpool city centre have been approved. Liverpool City Council’s planning committee yesterday gave the thumbs up to the plans submitted by Vinco Group for Freemasons on Leeds Street – four separate towers of 16 storeys around three landscaped courtyards. The application, handled by Zerum, outlined a scheme which will provide a mix of one and two-bedroom apartments, studios and three-storey, two-bed townhouses which the developer hopes will appeal to both first time buy...
