Aparthotel gets green light in city centre
Commercial property company Knight Frank has secured planning permission for a new aparthotel and commercial space on Renshaw Street in central Liverpool.
The scheme by YPG Developments will provide 114 serviced apartments, as well as a gym, cycle store, laundry room and reception behind the distinctive retained façade of an existing building, that for 40 years was the Rapid hardware store.
