Safety Media arrives at business park after completion of £2.5m development
Acting on behalf of Pure Residential and Commercial, Chester-based Legat Owen has announced a new tenant at New Vision Business Park at St Asaph, North Wales.
The deal follows on from the completion of phase two of the £2.5m speculative development in February.
Safety Media, one of Wales’s fastest growth businesses and leading global provider of health and safety software and training, has relocated its head office from Bodelwyddan to take a 4,197sq ft suite, on a ten-year lease.
