Haulier’s spanking new hub completed on time
A development at Burnley Bridge for road haulage specialist Fagan & Walley has completed on time.
Commercial property investor and developer Eshton appointed GMI Construction to deliver the building over a 36-week period.
Funded by Yorkshire Bank it has now been handed over to Fagan & Walley.
The new 92,000 sq ft accommodation stands on a 10-acre site and provides parking for up to 80 trailers, with 10 loading bays and 25,000 pallet locations.
