Green light for Old Trafford apartment block
Planning permission has been granted for a 174-apartment development in Manchester’s Old Trafford area.
Regency Residential, the property and advisory firm which is part of MCR Property Group, submitted plans for the 16-storey building branded Trafford Plaza in March following consultation with Trafford Council planners.
Regency says the development will have unrivalled views over Seymour Park and the Manchester city skyline and will bring 64 one-bedroom and 110 two-bedroom new build apartments to the market.
