Cinema operator buys final plot at waterfront site
National logistics developer db symmetry has announced the disposal of the last remaining plot at Venture Fields on Merseyside to the owner of Reel Cinemas in a deal worth £300,000.
Located within the Widnes Waterfront regeneration area, the 1.2–acre development site occupies a prominent position at Venture Fields and has planning consent for leisure use.
The plot sits adjacent to an earlier phase of development undertaken by db symmetry, which comprised a 18,000 unit and is now home to Pure Gym.
