Vivark seals £123m contract with KHT
Merseyside-based Vivark, part of social enterprise business First Ark Group, has secured a £123m contract with Knowsley Housing Trust (KHT) for the delivery of its refurbishment and facilities management services over a seven-year period, including an optional two-year extension.
The deal safeguards the jobs of more than 200 people, First Ark executive director – business and service development Tony Cahill said.
