Golden top out at latest £1.7m Alchemist project
Bolton-based boutique construction specialist Artez Group has celebrated the completion of £1.7m construction works on The Alchemist in MediaCityUK with a golden top out event.
Artez hosted the event on The Bund site at Dock 9, which sits on the bridge that links MediaCityUK to The Lowry, alongside developer MediaCityUK – a joint venture between the Peel Land and Property Group and Legal and General Capital.
