NOMA – the joint venture between Hermes Investment Management and the Co-op has sold The CIS Tower in Manchester for more than £65m The CIS Tower, which comprises 388,000 sq ft of office space over 28 floors, has been sold to Castlebrooke Investments. The Grade-II listed 1960s tower is home to Co-op Insurance and The Co-operative Bank which remain tenants of the building. It sits on a 1.5-acre site in the heart of the NOMA regeneration scheme.
