St Modwen sells Sunset Business Park to mystery buyer
Regeneration specialist St Modwen has sold Sunset Business Park in Kearsley, Bolton to an undisclosed buyer and for an undisclosed amount.
The 76,000 sq ft business park on a 5.4-acre site has tenants including Vodafone and Panalux, a film and television facilities business.
David Nuttall, development manager at St Modwen, said: “Having managed the estate for six years, reduced the voids we inherited and pushed the rents forward, the next logical step was for St. Modwen to exit.
