Plans for £40m Knowledge Quarter development announced

Plans for a £40m residential development in Liverpool’s Knowledge Quarter have been unveiled. Primesite Developments has purchased the previously derelict site on Low Hill, which is being cleared to make way for a U-shaped building that will become a landmark on one of the main approaches to the city centre. Planning permission is in place for 246 private residential units, alongside 146 student units, a mixture of cluster accommodation and studios, with completion due in August 2018.
