SL Investment Management takes space at £100m Chester facility

SL Investment Management is set to relocate to Chester’s £100m Central Business Quarter, after exchanging contracts with Muse Developments, to take 3,124 sq ft at One City Place, when it relocates from its current Grosvenor Court headquarters. This latest deal follows a flurry of activity at One City Place, the first office building in Chester’s Central Business Quarter (CBQ), which has seen more than 27,000sq ft of Grade A office space let in the last seven months.
