Multi-million pound Piccadilly Basin scheme tabled
The latest scheme in a multi-million pound bid to revitalise the Piccadilly Basin area of Manchester has been submitted to city council planners.
Belgravia Living Group has tabled a proposal for a Eider House – a residential build-to-rent project, providing 127 homes, a mix of townhouses and apartments in two linked buildings eight and 10 storeys high – and a multi-storey car park.
This is in addition to Belgravia’s similar Burlington House scheme which currently on site on Tarrif Street.
