Peel tables plan for £161m scheme at Haydock
Peel Logistics has submitted an outline planning application for a £161m site in Haydock, Merseyside.
The 1.8 million sq ft Haydock Point scheme will be on agricultural land near Junction 23 of the M6, near Haydock Industrial Estate and Haydock Park Raceourse, if it gets the go-ahead.
The submission of the plans to St Helens Council comes in the wake of a 25-day consultation on the Haydock Point project which took plae between November 29 and December 23 last year, with 151 individuals or organisations providing feedback.
