Thumbs up for temporary office and events space at £850m Mayfield scheme
Planning permission has been granted to create temporary office and events space on part of the former Mayfield station in Manchester city centre.
The consent means a small part of Mayfield Development Partnership’s site will gradually come into use while the wider and permanent plans for the overall Mayfield site are progressed.
The Partnership is a joint venture between Manchester City Council, LCR, Transport for Greater Manchester and mixed-used property regeneration specialist U+I.
