A once major office block in Derby city centre has been transformed into 86 apartments by Regency Residential. In partnership with Intro Developments, the consultancy firm has turned the 44,538 sq ft former office space into a combination of studio, one and two-bedroom flats in Derby’s Cathedral Quarter.
