Mulbury to start on £42m of North West projects

Cheshire-based developer Mulbury is to start work on six new housing schemes in the North West worth around £42m. The projects will see new homes built in Caton, Weaste, and Lymm under its Mulbury Living brand which specialises in homes for open market sale. Meanwhile, Mulbury’s affordable housing arm is set to start on 66 new homes in Walton, 64 homes in Levenshulme and 46 in Gorton.
