Pub transformation to creative co-working offices begins
Property development and regeneration company Watch This Space has started work to transform the former Grade II listed Duke William pub in Staveley into a new co-working development for creatives in the region, to be known as Billy’s Space.
The scheme, which was granted planning permission earlier this month and is due to be completed in the autumn, includes nine dedicated workspaces, each with their own front door, suitable for offices or leisure use.
