A shopping centre in Liverpool is bucking the national trend – according to its owners. Retail has been badly hit this year with a series of administrations and store closures. But Liverpool’s St Johns Shopping Centre has seen sales up every month in 2018 and more than 200,000 extra shoppers coming through the doors already this year compared to 2017.
