Plans approved for £12m development in Cumbria
Plans for a £12m scheme of 26 new homes and community facilities in the village of Lamplugh, Cumbria have been given the go ahead by Copeland Borough Council.
The scheme, designed by Altrincham-based Calderpeel Architects on behalf of John Swift Homes Ltd, will see a mix of traditional family homes built alongside a community village hall, pavilion and formal green.
