Selectric gets thumbs up for 196 homes
Electrical manufacturer Selectric has been given the green-light from Salford City Council to action its plans for developing 196 new homes on along Ordsall Lane.
The residencies - within easy reach of Manchester city centre - will be spread out across two distinctive blocks with the taller building reaching nine storeys, establishing an identity for the complex at the junction of Ordsall Lane, Worrall Street and Oldfield Road.
